This hotel is incredibly peaceful and excellent in every way. The staff’s responsiveness is outstanding, and their service is prompt. The internet connection is very strong, making it perfect for work or personal use.
A special mention goes to Abdullah Ghanem, who was extremely professional, polite, and always smiling and cheerful. Akram was also exceptional and provided top-notch service.

Everything was fantastic. Nice big room with beautiful view. Stuffs are good, Food is good and Room was clean. Good services including quick laundry service and quick room service.

It was one of best hotels in Makkah especially if you are travelling from within KSA via your own car. You will find plenty of parking places around the hotel. Their customer service was top notch and shuttle service was available round the clock.
